Biography
Kaylee Roberts is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from the Great Lakes Institute of Technology, 2022. Ever since Kaylee was young, she has had a deep compassion to care for those around her whether it was a family pet or a stranger she just met. She combined this childhood passion with her interest for the sciences and decided to enter the medical field. Graduating with a bachelors in Biology, Pre-Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford with honors, Kaylee was on a career path to be a surgeon.
After long consideration, Kaylee chose to undergo a life changing decision and alter her career path to better meet her needs. As a massage therapist, Kaylee gravitated towards medical and therapeutic modalities where she can better incorporate her drive to help others experiencing difficulties.
Although becoming a therapist was a different career path, Kaylee is extremely grateful to discover a new passion which allows her to still work and positively impact the body in many different ways. Kaylee finds being able to reduce pain or discomfort, increase range of motion, and even just allowing others to relax and take a break from their crazy lives to be a rewarding experience and looks forward to being able to reach many people.
Kaylee is dual licensed to massage in Pennsylvania MSG014606 and Ohio 33.026377
Stretching
Making minor adjustments in your everyday life, such as stretching, can really make a big difference in your overall musculature health. I love being able to make a client feel better after just one session; however, muscles can be tricky and typically those stubborn knots and tension will creep back! Being able to routinely book massage appointments, while stretching or applying heat at home between sessions is really the key to retraining and relaxing your muscles more efficiently. Typically, if you have a goal to work on improving a problem area, I will explain what I found after our session has concluded and even write down the most problematic muscles you have. Below are few YouTube channels that can help demonstrate various stretching techniques you can apply at home to continue our work outside of my practice! Please feel free to check them out!

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is extraordinary because it implements a combination of passive stretching and longer position holding to achieve deeper relaxation and muscle release! I personally enjoy watching Yoga with Bird and Jessica Richburg especially with their Restorative Yoga demonstrations. Believe me, I am not a novice by any means; however, both ladies offer a variety of videos for every experience level! Below are links to both of their pages!
